An upper level low is forecast to move into Alberta Monday night.
Areas north of the low will see significant rainfall beginning
Monday. Current indications show areas along the northern foothills
near Edson receiving the highest amounts of rain. The foothills
north of Calgary have the potential to see widespread precipitation
totalling near 100 mm with up to 150 mm in the grande Cache and
Edson regions. Rain is expected to taper off Wednesday night as the
low moves into Saskatchewan. Rainfall warnings may be issued as the
track of this low pressure center becomes more certain..
