Fog this morning, should burn off as the morning moves along. Temp 14C, just enough draft to move the flag from the SW. Trying to get around to the west once that happens should clear the fog. Rain in the offing once again starting tomorrow.
Emily checked in suppertime yesterday, preparation for the dance underway. Conferring with her Nan on what goes with what, appearance is impression I guess. Another hard day instore for them today, the group go to Magic Mountain Water Park for the day. They have crammed some activities in this first couple of weeks that would be hard to duplicate on your own.
Rob's burning the candle at both ends caught up to him last evening. His overnighting, then spreading dulse yesterday at 0600 for a couple of hours led to his getting movies last evening, when he started to watch them drifed off. Buddies dropped in around 8PM, deep in the sleeping hole, not interested in getting out.
A little yardwork to get done before weather goes south once again has been mentioned.

Sun is back for another visit, calm, temp still a cool 9C, expected to get into the low 20's pretty quick. Same for tomorrow with a chance of showers on Sunday, then back to decent weather. Emily checked in 0630, opportunity to speak with her Nan without any other commitments I suspect. Things going well, the Shediac Lobster Festival a 'blast', ranking as a highlight of the experience so far. Her circle of friends now includes a young man from Moncton, dance tonight...

This is the type of weather can expect for the next few days, O my. There is life in the harbour, lots of geese near the mouth of Bonny Brook. Can't see if there are any new ones in the group or not. A few wier herring showing up on the back of the island, still some under c...

At least no fog, drizzle, no wind, temp still a cool 12C. The forecast is for this type of weather for today, clearing tomorrow, with a possibility of a couple of days of sun. Emily called three times yesterday, not admitting she was homesick, but did miss her grandmother. On one of the calls requested to speak to her brother. They admitted they missed one another and didn't mind who overheard the confession. Her friends folks travelling that way this weekend, just ...

A small change in the weather, clear, however a cool 11C being pushed by a NE breeze 20-25KPH. Nice temps for Sept., overcast with possibility of showers once again. Sun in the forecast for Thurs. and Friday then back to the same old same old. Dad had his final moment on stage well prepared, simple. The Legion, an important part of his life, played a signifigant role in the service. At the internment a piper played as he was laid to rest. The weather inland no bette...
