At 1235 PM CDT Doppler radar continued to indicate developing scattered showers and thunderstorms...extending from near Devils Lake and southern Pierce County in north central North Dakota...to Grant and Sioux counties in south central North Dakota. These showers and thunderstorms were developing along a surface trough...and were moving southeast at 15 to 20 mph. Some locations that may be affected through 130 PM CDT include... Harvey...Fessenden...Wilton...Baldwin...Wing...Sterling...Steele... Tuttle...Mandan and Bismarck...and from much of Grant County across Sioux and southern Morton counties to Emmons County. Gusty winds...heavy rain and lightning may accompany this storm.
