High pressure will begin to rebuild over the waters on Monday...bringing an increase in the surface pressure gradient. Northerly winds will increase under the influence of this gradient...with gale force wind gusts over the outer waters starting late Monday night along with building short period seas. Both winds and seas will begin to ease Thursday as the high weakens.
