A weakening 989 mb low about 90 nm SW of Cape Decision will
drift NE and onshore late tonight...then continue inland and
dissipate over the south-central Panhandle by Tue afternoon.
Another low will develop over the NW Gulf late tonight and move
to the NE Gulf by late Tue afternoon.
