Synopsis For Puerto Rico And The U
Virgin Islands waters... surface high pressure across the west central Atlantic will help to maintain a gentle to fresh easterly trade wind flow across the local waters through Monday. The next tropical wave is forecast to enter the eastern Caribbean late Monday...and move across the regional waters on Tuesday. This will bring an increase in winds and seas...as well as possible squally conditions across the local waters at least through Wednesday...as a wind surge will trail the passing wave.
